hands down the best imo. the others are somewhat too flashy (for me) except the tumble of course, the animated series is a sleek industrial tank car... if and when i get to build one it will be the animated one.

did anyone else ever notice that the design for this car was basically the burton batmobile with the sheilds up.

keatonmobile the best, this one a close second.

firstly the 1955 lincoln futura aka 1966 batmobile was and is a awsome car second 1989 michael keaton batmobile is the best design by far not to mention batman animated.i would like to see some one make one of those with a v12 it would be bad ass as and probably be cooler the the 89.then theres the val kilmer and george clooney batmobiles.the people that designed them must have been on some hard stuff cause they are both stupid looking and impractical.then theres the costumes.nipples comeon guys batmans costume dosent need nipples hes man enough without looking like a sex toy anyway enough about nipples batman is and always will be the best super hero cause he isnt one.just one bad ass pissed off ninja with huge cohones and a death wish.batman forever.oh and i just managed to get almost all the 1/24 scale kits.real hard to find here in nz just need the cocoon to comlete the set of michael keaton models.i even have a resin of 1989 batman.i have a growing collection of ertl batman stuff 20 years old in great condition.so to all you batman and collector fans.did you ever dance with the devil on a pale moon light.

I hear you, Keaton Fan Man. This car is one-of-a-kind in the cartoon world.

This is THE animated batmobile. I love how it's long & resembles the Keaton Mobile. The one after this in The New Batman Adventures was cool. The one in Batman Beyond SUCKED ASS big time, just like the show itself!

I see that there is a lot of talk about the scale of this car and what would it be like as a real car. there has been a replica built for this one and the only difference is that it is a one seater, other than that it is as spot on as you can get.http://www.theecto1.com/forum/index.php?topic=173.0 go and have a look for yourself its quite good

so how many of you true batman fans realized that this batmobile was flipped upside down and built a top to this upside down batmobile and was driven by Terry (aka Batman#2) as Bruce's assistent as a limo in Batman Beyond?

wat i really don't get about this car is the scale of it, in TAS it doesnt look that big, but judging by the pics on here, even the cabin is only about a 3rd of the width of the car, the wheels would be about 3 feet wide, and high aswell obviously, and the body of the car itself, would be about 20- 30 foot long? how the hell would you drive it if you built a replica of it?
