Boy that brings back memories. I signed about a dozen of these to be passed out with auction catalogs that day in Santa Monica. We all did, including the Barbie Collector people. This one probably came back to Mattel and someone who most likely got wacked in the last layoffs (about 350-400 couple of weeks ago) is trying to make some money. Expect to see LOTS of Mattel/ Hot Wheels stuff go on Ebay soon.
Wish I thought of this first.
