Steering wheels.
Anybody thought using this company to special make your steering wheel design? There price looks pretting decent. Look at that superman design upper right hand corner. I'm sure they can CNC a bat symbol design on the center of the wheel.

RE: Steering wheels.
This would look cool--Jim Lee's version of the bat symbol being CNC on the steering wheel.
What about the classic symbol below CNC on the steering wheel?

RE: Steering wheels.
Just recently got a price from the company, this would be for the Jim Lee's style bat symbol. Not a bad price for a custom made.
"WE CAN DO THIS DESIGN YOU HAVE. THE HALF WRAP WILL SELL FOR $395.00 WE
CAN ALSO DO THE FULL WRAP BILLET WHEEL FOR $459.00 IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO
PLACE AN ORDER JUST LET ME KNOW.
THANKS KENNY

RE: Steering wheels.
Here's pretty much a short description of a half wrap from this company.
http://www.billetspecialties.com/item.asp?cid=12&scid=158&pid=818&rdir=1
I'm planning to go with this classic symbol (bat symbol only...no yellow)with out them putting any wrapping on the wheel (I can wrap the wheel my self and will look just as nice).
and when they get done with the wheel, it should look similar to this image (imagine the moon being the steering wheel; the bat symbol will be large and proportional to the wheel...point of bat symbol attachment to the wheel will be on the left and right side of the wings).

RE: Steering wheels.
Without the company doing the wrapping, the price should be a little bit over in the $300 range. A little bit more than a high grade, fancy steering wheel. Heck, I could just use a $40 steering on the 89'.

RE: Steering wheels.
ive siad it before and ill say it again, the diffculty of the driving with a stearing wheel depends on the person, example, i find drveing wtih squear steering wheels (like knightrider) difficult and uncomfitable
but yet i would totaly be comfitable wtih my deisgn from a few months back

RE: Steering wheels.
That's nice, what program did you use to design the steering wheel?
