Remove the fins and the side mechanics and it would be a pretty cool (unusual) car. Sort of weird like the SSR.

I love the Batmobile and most of them ...But this car sucks it looks like a clown car ...To stumpy like a saturn or somthing is under all that ... Im sure it was fun to build though . Id like to see more of the comic cars come to life like that .

side mechanics are weak but faithful to the illustrations. Lakepipes would be better if i were driving it on the street and HAD to have something. Looking at the billboard, i'd hazzard to gues the pic was taken in Japan somewhere. Maybe Bob D can have Bob C see if he can make out what the sign on the car says.
