I was wondering if somone could tell me who actually built it ?

Correct me if I'm wroing, but Trix didn't build the ones for the movie, only the stunt ones being used at Six Flags, just like the 89's.

It is. As far as I know It's on the dvd on the special features but I cant remember who it was.

Chris Corbold was the supervisor. The guy actually in the middle of the technical stuff was Andy Smith. He did a lot of recent James Bond stuff. George Cottle was the stunt driver.
