I thought these were just concept sketches the lead character designer on "The Batman" did just for fun. There is no Superman cartoon currently in production...unless something has changed since this was originally posted at L.O.G?

OH HELL NO!!!!!! He has the abs of aquaman i.e. gills on his stomach, no spitcurl. Also that movie style belt buckle and raised "S". At least the symbol and cape look right.. small mercy.
It's nice that he now has eyes and not black dots, however the fleisher superman is still the best.

I've always thought that the batman looks a little like Jackie Chan out of the cartoon of the same name. Supes looks mighty similar!

Aussie Bat, The production team that did The Jackie Chan Adventures also does The Batman cartoon...so iguess that makes perfect sense!

I thought that maybe, just maybe with the advances in computers doing great cgi like it's animatrix stuff that Warners would do a superman series in cg. can you imagine superman in cgi.....
