Justin you don't like the contract?
could that be because you are nothing more than Walker the talker come on Boy step up. I have lived up to my end and here is the contract for all to see. Justin just admit you shot your mouth off and are pussing out. if that is not the case then step up.
This is a Legal binding Contract between Justin Walker and Brett Vasey
Exchange of Money:
If Justin walker defeats Brett Vasey, Justin Walker will be paid $2000.00 In US cash funds directly after the event.
If either party fails to show for said event, the no show party will pay the showing party $10,000.00 in US funds.
Justin Walkers air fare will be paid for by Brett Vasey.
In the event that Brett Vasey defeats Justin Walker, Brett Vasey will be reimbursed for said airfare by Justin Walker at the time of the event in cash.
Venue date and location:
The venue location will be In Marion, Iowa
The event date will be Saturday June 25th 2005
Full Contact Rules:
Rules are pending and are but not limited to: the following.
1: The match will be stopped if either fighter is knocked unconscious.
2: The match will be stopped if either fighter taps out from a submission hold.
3: The match will be stopped if the officials deem either fighter is unable to continue.
4: There will be No deliberate attacks to the groin area.
5: There will be No clawing, gouging, or finger attacks to the eyes.
6: There will be no biting.
Atire:
1: Each Fighter will wear grion protection.
2: Each fighter will wear open finger gloves that will be the same for both fighter and will be supplied.
3: Each fighter may wear shorts or karate style pants.
4: No shirt top or belt will be worn
5: No elbow, knee, forarm, foot or shin pads or braces will be allowed.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
This RELEASE of Liability is a Legal Contract binding, Justin Walker and Brett Vasey to a No Holds Barred full contact event. Read It Carefully And Obtain Legal Assistance If You Do Not Understand It.
1: Voluntary Application. I, the undersigned, acknowledge and state that I have voluntarily accepted to compete in the No Holds Barred internet grudge Match I verify & confirm this statement by placing my initials here: _____
2: Assumption of risk. I am aware & understand that in general, full contact fighting is a dangerous & hazardous activity, I shall be participating, and understand this is an extremely dangerous & hazardous event. I am voluntarily & of my own free will be competing in this event with full knowledge & understanding of the hazards involved. 4: Health Advisory and Condition. I hereby acknowledge and understand that participating in this event involves extremely strenuous physical activity and heavy physical contact, and that I have been advised to consult a physician before commencing and undertaking such activity. I hereby represent that, to the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical health and condition, sufficient to undertake this dangerous and hazardous competition. 5: Knowing and Voluntary Execution. I hereby declare that I have read this Release from Liability, and that I fully understand the meaning and importance of its contents. I acknowledge that this Release is a binding contract among Brett Vasey and Justin Walker. I am releasing Brett Vasey and/ or Justin Walker and any and all of other people who may be present at said event, from all liability for claims I may arise during this event. I further declare and represent that I am at least 18 years of age, that I have full legal capacity to be bound by this contract, and that I am signing this contract of my own free will and accord.
