In 2000 or 2001 Astin Martin was restoring and creating the old 007 car. (Goldfinger) A factory built (restored)007 car with ALL features except the ejector seat was something like 230k.
I believe it was in a Maxim if someone wants to do some digging. I'm not going into the garage for that issue sorry.
This is the best thing I could find.

SOTC (UK) has an "Eon authorised show car" (replica "Goldfinger" Aston). This was in Scotland , but as COTS is now closed the car is now possibly in storage (I will check). Has the gadgets including "mock ejector seat, retractable machine guns, extending over-riders (front & back), bullet-proof sheild, 'mobile phone', rotating number plate, etc.
Peter also has...
DBS driven by George Lazonby in On Her Majesty's Secret Service.
V8 driven by Timothy Dalton in Living Daylights.
DB5 driven by Pierce Brosnan in Goldeneye.
Lotus Esprit (3 white & one copper coloured) driven by Rodger Moore in The Spy who Loved me & For your eyes only.
AMC Matador (Scaramanga's flying car) from The man with the golden gun.
Ford Mustang (car from the 2 wheeled stunt)from Diamonds are forever.
Ason Martin vanquish (main hero car) from Die another day.
and LOT's MORE Bond vehicles.
Don't know of any DB5 replicas other than this, but I'll have a look around.
Keep you informed.

Hey Don,
I got a guy in SF besides Sharp that has kits for modifying an existing DB5. Call me on this one.
Also want to talk to you about a Black Beauty nose.

I build bats from midnight on...so i'm eatin breakfast while readin this white screen and drenchin' my eggs with coors light(sissy beer up here)
but makes a good sauce. See the neighbors are asleep so they miss the racket while the 'glass fumes coat the town no one is the wiser.
