Thats right mate. I got one. It arrived today. I was a little peeved it has no lights whatsoever but it's cool to just have an 89 model anyway.

Sweet! I can't be 100% sure from the picture but it looks to have the wide fenders. The rear lights don't look like they're in the center.

RE: It's a start
First of all that is a Richman Body, Second the lights and case were seperate items which had to be ordered, which of course now is no longer available. Now J.D and Randy I believe were the guys you ordered it from, they changed the planetary gears and put in a solid half shaft which is better to accomodate a faster motor. But you probably ordered it without the handheld remote, so if I were you Dee go and get the DX3 spectrum controller from the same guys. So far I have about 300-360.00 invested in the Richman you see that I posted. With the DX3 controller and electronic speed control. Also get the plastic tube for the antenna wire, they sell those for about a buck ( $1.00 ). I'm glad they were able to ship it to ya.

First of all that is a Richman Body Yeah, I know, but with all the discussion of the fenders lately, just thought it'd fit right in with this thread too. Seriously though, those things are sweet and glad to see you got one Dee. Also noticed that Vader saber in the back, those FX sabers rock!

My apologies Maul, wasn't tryin to get at ya, I just got a bug for those Richman Batmobiles. And Dee so now that I see the second Pic, I see you got the "runnin out of Box package". But I still think the DX3 spectrum is the way to go so you will not get any interference from any other signal to make the car go on it's own,and get crushed like mine did.

Hey Rusty the one site I posted for you to go has them for $99 and $159..They sell on ebay from 200- on up. I seen them sell for 500.00+ at times. With the case and lights you could get the $500. Just the case ,you can get from $200-300.00 including car. I found those guys after hard searching, once that deals goes away thats it, back to ebay.

RE: It's a start
Actually I used my Futaba 1024 on it and it was a lot more acurate and responsive.

Yeah this one's off my helicopter and plane. It's a great controller. Me plane has an estimated top speed of about 94 mph. It's a quick little fecker and can get away from ya real easy.
